Our goal at Shamrock Management Group is to assist our clients through every step of leasing a property. We understand that as a home owner leasing your property, your main concern is getting the maximum return on your investment. That is why we crafted our collection process with the assistance of an attorney to ensure we are doing everything we can to get your return on investment. Another main concern owners have is the cost of maintenance, for good reason. Maintenance costs add up quickly and that is why we have researched local vendors to find the best vendor at the lowest price. None of our vendors are in house, nor do we charge any maintenance related service fees, so you know we don't benefit from picking a more expensive quote for a repair or improvement of your property.

Maintenance
 

Day to day maintenance. We will resolve all service requests submitted by tenants with the most qualified vendor in the area, with the best price. We will also set up a preventive maintenance schedule for your property to keep it beautiful for years to come.

Rental Software
 

We utilize Appfolio as our software program for billing and receiving maintenance requests. Billing can be customized to meet the needs of your specific lease. Tenants can sign in to this software to view rent statements, pay rent, and submit maintenance requests.

Emergency Service 
 

We are available 24/7 for your tenant. After office hours, if your tenant has an emergency and needs a vendor dispatched, they can call our emergency line for immediate assistance. 

Rent Collection 
 

Collecting rent and performing a monthly collection process. We have a strict collection process to ensure your investment provides the maximum return. In the unfortunate event you have a tenant that stops paying rent, we will assist you throughout the entire eviction process. 

Tenant Screening 
 

Once we send your property information to a listing agent and applications start coming in; we will review each application, run background checks, rental history checks, and credit checks. Once a tenant is selected and approved, we will facilitate the lease signing.

Make Ready 
 

When a tenant moves out we will perform an inspection and create a detailed breakdown of deductions from their deposit. We will send the breakdown to the tenant and the deposit refund check within 30 days after their move out date. After the inspection, needed repairs will be made and a professional cleaning scheduled.
